Our Leaders in Training Program is a group of individuals selected from both the field and office, who have shown potential to become future leaders within Battaglia.

The LIT Program helps introduce skills and info to the members that they might not know much about or would not be introduced to until they are in a managing role.

The group is made up of apprentices and up-and- coming employees who strive to be in positions of leadership. This group gives them clear routes to whatever position or role they may want to take as they continue to work at Battaglia.
